Sat down with a bunch of the fighters from #Groundforcefightsbadblood and talked about fights, we had Manz Rogers in studio so of course the discussions got vulger. We had a lot of guests and even the guys me and Ray are fighting good times. Also we found a mexican guy to fix the floors.

Ray got the beautiful Tracey Willmer on the show. I can't believe she gave us her real number. We talked about turf burns in crazy places, playing football in lingerie, selling tickets (Ray needs to buy 5 for tomorrow's game). This girl truely plays for the love of the game. I had Dr. Krol on the podcast to talk about his upcoming Yoga seminar at Western New York Mixed Martial Arts and fitness. We talked about what Yoga does for you. After that we got into other Pt related topics including chiropracting,acupuncture, cupping and almost any training aid you can think of. He tells some great stories, including how Dana White came to run the UFC, Harold Howard, Kevin Rosier, everyone's favorite Bas Rutten. Some great classic era stuff. At 1:11:00 in I call a local promoter Ritch Mitchell and get my cohost Ray a real mma fight. At 1:20:00 we have on Frank the Tank Soos. We talk local mma, Miki Gaskin pooping himself during an MMA fight. At the end even Franks girlfriend was cheering his interview was done
