Dave beat me at the classic so I had to have him on the show. Awesome guy great interview. We talked all things Jiu-Jitsu. I think ray was out getting a new pair of shades so he wasn't there. The Audio is a little off but Ray wasn' there to do his job so it's his fault lol.

Ray got us a guest that didn't speak english and I had to leave for vacation so this one is a mess. A true fan would listen to this one though!! We talked the big money fight, John Jones, called out other podcasts and were generally awful to everyone. People love trainwrecks so this may be our most popular podcast yet.

We had on Michael Katilus on Caveman’s Corner a little while ago. Ray and myself continue our local Black Belt interviews. We talked about his gym Lake Effect Martial Arts. LEMA for short, won the tournament beating out the long-established schools. On top of that Mike won the black belt division. Last Week the LEMA crew went to World Masters and had a strong showing. This local school is making a big splash at the highest levels of Jiu-Jitsu and it is awesome to see.
We discussed The Herbert v. Smith match. Joao vs. Herbert and so much more. We talked about Matt Flores and Minhaz Siddiqui. We talked about Mike’s Philosophy of Jiu-Jitsu and what an academy should be. Of course, we had to talk about the split with WNY MMA.
This podcast was good enough I think even Antonio Smith won’t complain about guest.

We had Kru Mark on to talk about Ajarn Chai coming to Buffalo Riverworks to do a seminar this weekend. We talked all the particulars, and what you can expect when you come. After that Ray, Mrs. Caveman and myself reviewed the King Of the Cage show from a couple weeks ago. After that Kru Keith Forant came on and talked about the seminar, Buffalo United, and his upcoming fight. Great Podcast my wife was entertaining, at least someone on the show was check it out.

Had a great podcast with Eddie Fyvie. Eddie was instramental in bringing Master Gracie to the area. We talked a lot about Master Rickson impact on his life, Gracie thoughts on Jiu Jitsu and running a tournament. Ray was back from his trip to bring back what little cool our show has. If you never listened past the last music check out this weeks Easter Egg I am a bad person, hahaha.

Had on Kevin Carrier to talk about his pro MMA debut. I had a lot of technical difficulties and I was missing a co-host but we got through it. He was a super cool dude. Listen to hear his story to the pro's his training regiment as well as our thoughts about cutting weight and of course Conner v Floyd. At about the 47 min mark I had on Randy Smith to talk about this weekends Gladius card it is going to be a great one don't miss it.

I had on one of the 716's first pro MMA fighters the Kyote. After Kyle cut his teeth in American MMA he had the oppertunity to go over seas and train in China. He tells that story and we break down the Ground Force fights card that we called together. Kyle is what started me down this "finger quotes" Media thing I am doing so it was an honor to have him on the show.

We had legend of the Ring James Toney on the podcast. We talked about has last fight, his new TV show, all of the products that he is selling, and most importantly about him trying to get a fight with Roy Jones. Lets get the word out there and get this man back in the ring one more time. Also we talked Ray having to pull out of his fight and we may or may not have pranked a local fighter.

Had on Fight of the Night star Carrie Ziegler and reviewed Ontario's first all woman's fight card. Since it was an all girls fight I thought I would bring in my wife to do the review.
