Caveman's Corner 73- Gray Hendershot

Had on local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and brown belt Gray Hendershot. We sat down and discussed the IBJJF, Jiu Jitsu, local clubs Lake Effect Martial Arts, WNY MMA and Fitness, Buffalo United Martial Arts, Buffalo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, and Buffalo Combat Fitness. Also, a shout out to Jay Wadsworth. I threw Gray under the bus and asked him who the best in the area was, but you will have to listen to see who he said. We talked about how he got into Jiu Jitsu, and into personal training. After that I had him set me up with a diet and workout plan for a competitive athlete. I couldn’t let him leave without answering a question from Cho KeYou, so we talked about Sunday fun day before we got out of the interview as well. Lastly and most importantly we talked about what he does to get his hair to look so good, maybe him and Jordan Preisinger can have a loser shaves their head match lol.
